The following is a written version of Grunmin Starbreaker's manifesto.

  • The "Articles of Urguan" being put under the scope as to be changed appropriately concerning and regarding the citizens of the kingdom as well as the Thane's power, and the King's power.

  • Increasing the power that the King has, as well as decreasing the power that a Thane has. Returning back to a day of which the kingdom was much more fruitful and active.
  • The King can only be removed at a 75% or more vote, amongst the populace

  • Complete revamp of the 'Atricles of Urguan,' invovling King's power increasing, decreasing of Lord's power, imposing of a 'Clan' council, imposing of a 'King's' council.
  • Kings council chooses Grand Advisor to Grand King, which would ultimatley be the King's sucessor. Being able to be removed and place a new one with 75% or more of the council vote. Kings council comprised of guild leaders. Guilds must be of Dwarven descent.
  • King can and shall be removed if 60% or more of the populous of the Kingdom votes 'aye' with legal, and just proposal from the 'clan' council. Clan council comprised of each Clan's clan father.

If elected Grand King of Urguan, Fimlin Grandaxe promises the following:

-The right to banish a person, clan or guild from the hold.

•House inspections would be made every stone week, anyone to have secret tunnels, or unauthorized rooms will be charged double the tax that stone week, tunnels collapsed and rooms deconstructed.

Simply afterwards the words upon the parchment are stated in a vibrant red Ink.

Dwain reads the parchment.

"Not bad, shame it was too little too late. Dwarves have been plagued by greed for power. But what happens if we remove the power. Balek, a dwarf worthy of kingship, wont run cause he sees what happens to kings. Selfish thanes, I should just farm in Hiebenhall and stay out...."
