So the fact that so many of you are complaining about the server being rolled back and you losing items or builds is rather sad. So the fact that so many of you are complaining about the server being rolled back and you losing items or builds is rather sad. This server is an RP server and you don't loose any of the RP you participated in during this time. While this is true, people still have to now-redo a lot of the effort that they did during those 24 hours. For example, it is my job to build everything in the town I live in. Unfortunately for me, I started building the walls for the town last night at about the time we're rolling back to, and spent about 10-15 hours powerbuilding the walls, towers, gatehouse, houses in town, etc. as I had a full holiday day to spend on it. That's what's annoying to me. I'm not really /that/ upset about it, as I find building somewhat relaxing, but it is somewhat annoying having to do something that takes a lot of time, resources, effort, again, especially since it can be extremely boring and menial. I could care less about items, but having to repeat work due to someone else typing in a dumb command can be incredibly frustrating. Edit: I just realized that I do actually care about the items, as after finishing those walls I was basically out of stone. I went through 2 doublechests of cobblestone and a doublechest of stone brick, so if I don't have that stuff after rollback it will be incredibly expensive, time consuming, and difficult (especially with the mining world down atm) to replace that. Edit #2: And another thing that is very annoying about this is that, like I mentioned earlier, I had the time to build all that stuff today because it's a holiday for me. I won't have that time available for the next week or two weeks, which means that me and everyone else that lives in the town I do will have to wait several more days/weeks to be able to Rp where we were planning to Rp tomorrow. We spent TIME building things, gathering supplies, that we could have been using to RP. Now we have to repeat the process and do it again, losing more RP time. Most of your builds should be successfully collected back to current state however if there is anything that has been missed we provide the game in current state as is and have done our utmost to bring things back to a stable state.
