An Elders Resignation

*Within the Monk meeting room of the Cloud Temple, Aeryn stands before the few she had gathered previously, greeting each as they enter. She takes a moment to wait for those who will eventually show up, spending such time absentmindedly walking the semi circle of the room. When the time comes, she clears her throat  and lets out a soft sigh before beginning.*

 

"Thank you all for attending as per request, it helps me immensely that you have gathered, if you have a peer who is not attending, please carry on the message given to you today. As of today, 16th of Malin's Welcome 1471, I will be stepping down from the Elder Council. I leave in my stead the remaining two Elders Jae, and Vallei,  to hold control over the decisions of our Order and for the two to find my replacement along with newer Elders. To the reason I'm stepping down- it has come to my attention that the weight of carrying through all teachings, initiations, and applications, have become a burden on my physical health as I grow weary in my age, though a not quite middle aged Elf. If there comes a time I hope to return to my status, but that is not in the foreseeable future. I will however, continue  my duty to the Order and the Triumvirate, but I will not be as around as much as I once was. I thank you for the opportunity, and look to a brighter future."

 

*Aeryn gives a nod as she finishes, looking over her peers, sighing awkwardly to their silence.*

 

TDR: Stepping down as an Elder for the Monks Order due to the swamp of college work, so I won't be available to RP my Monk much more. I'll still be active on the forums, obviously, just don't have the time to RP. :C Hope to return eveentually. I'll still be RPing my other characters like my Kha' as much as I can. .u.

 Feel fee to post if you're somehow there, but it'd pretty much be limited to Monks.
