Edict Regarding Outer Kal'agnar

By order of the Grand King, Fimlin Grandaxe the land known as Outer Kal'Agnar will undergo the following changes.

 

 

The Area of Focus shall be cleared of all tents and pens, with the exception of dwarf_island1 and dwarf_manor1. The area will be used for a kingdom lumberyard, and a large animal pen. the lumberyard will be restricted to all but legionnaires, and those who pay for a permit (permit is for dwarves only, and costs 50 minas.) The animal pens will be restricted to kingdom approved breeders and herders that live in Kal'Agnar.

 

Construction shall begin in one stone day
