Citizens of Haelun'or! It is well known that the construction of our city has come to a halt due to the lack of resources and funds. Currently, the Silver Council is doing its best to continue construction, but without resources, miners/lumberjacks, and most of all funds, it is nearly impossible to move on. That is why the Silver Council  bids you to do one of the following things:

 

• Donate Quartz, Stone, and Wood to the Silver Council - Any Okarir of Haelun'or.
• Donate funds to the Silver Treasury [[ _VL_'s bank account ]]

 

Oem cannot expect Annil'sul to complete its construction and simply provide you with a home on the spot without resources or help from our citizens. We do not tax our citizens for housing and that is why we ask them to assist in the construction of THEIR home. The effort put into the city's construction will always shine through whether it is ever incomplete or the pride of all Mali, ker, ame, and aheral alike.
