A message lingers in cloud temple, dangling at the eye level only elves and orcs may reach. Among the various amounts of messages that linger on the notice board, one might catch your eye, for it's addressed to a high elf

==============================================================================

To the mali'thill who may find this,

I find my hatred in your kind deepening with every moment I shift through the rubble you've left me to clean, yet I have never known one of your kind. I dream of ending one your your lives like the thousands of others that now do, yet I would not know if the life I take was worthy of death. I has begun to assume all of your ilk share the characteristics of the worst of your kind, yet I know, like with my people, not all of members of a culture have grown sour.

It is in the teachings of our people, true to the culture of onyx, to never act on emotion. The passion our people has is undeniable, yet it's our duty to ensure it never affects our actions and thoughts. To act on passion gives way for the barbarism we all no is associated with some of my kind. I seek a mend to my passion, before it blinds me.

I desire to meet one of you, knowing that if one mali'thill agrees then an entire culture is not justified in being stamped out. I do not ask for an impure or renegade, but a true son or daughter of dwindling silver. In the end I must obey the orders of a nation, but I will know if you're of an ilk bred from deceit like the Mori'quessir. I will know that there may be a cost with enacting order. I'll know if execution is justified for the actions of your leaders and those of your culture who attacked our home with the wrath of necromancy

More conflict will not mend this divide, it's only friendship. If you accept my offer, write a date and time on this page. We may meet at cloud temple to ensure both our safeties.

-The note is unsigned-

Seth shakes his head a little as he reads over it, writing a small respond.

"As I hear a little of your culture I am quite surprised how much in common our way of lives holds. I can speak to you should you wish to learn more of my kin and myself but do know, I will do nothing to bring them in harms way. With this new home, I do have much time, find one for me to visit instead so I do not force you into breaking an agreement with someone else.

-Seth Calith, oem thill mali'aheral."

The hand-writing is not of Kalameet's, but of one asked to do it in his stead

"Speaking with but one Mali'aheral would offer a disservice to the bulk of their culture. I would be delighted to sit, and converse on whatever one would find enjoyable. It's not often enough that one gets the opportunity to understand each culture the Mali inhabit. Name the time you'd seek to have such a conversation, and I will mean to attend."

Phaedrus makes his way to the auctioneers of the Cloud Temple, eventually visiting the bank after retrieving his wages from the previous sales. As he looks to the notice board, he arches his brow slightly, scoffing with an amused chuckling following after it. With a shake of his head, he moves on, murmuring quietly to himself.

"Now they wish to speak."

Elvihain, having supposedly been there to experience this due to its public posting, frowns gently. "I'm sorry the High Elves haven't been paying enough attention to you." he says idly, tucking a hand into his pocket and looking outwards.
