Polaris is offering homes for people of all races for free!*

 

Polaris is offering five distinct housing options for those that choose to live within the city

 

Manors

 

Manors are reserved for those of a high social standing within Polaris only, and are restricted to only those voted worthy by the Northern council. Citizens who own a manor will have to pay an initial thousand minas, and a weekly* tax of 1000 minas thereafter. Manors are an average 30sq blocks, and are tailor made to your specifications. you will have the opportunity to work with our architects to have the perfect home for you! You will also have the opportunity to hire a private guard force to protect you and your estate. The manor district within the city will be safer than anywhere else in Athera, your home will be behind four different gate systems consisting of seven gates.

 

Townhouse

 

The townhouse is a lavish two to three story building built with comfort in mind, It is on average 10sq blocks. The townhouse is the perfect place to raise a family or to impress a late night friend. The townhouse is also as safe as the manors, your home will be behind four different gate systems consisting of seven gates.

 

Shop house

 

This residence is for those of you who are artisans of the mercantilist art. It is a two to three story building that has a shopfront on the first floor and living quarters above. The shops have been strategically placed at the entrance of the city so that anyone who enters will see them Immediately. The shop homes are behind three gate systems consisting of five gates.

 

Tenement housing

 

Tenements housing is available to those who don’t want much space, or need only a small living space, such as goblins or halflings. The tenements are six stories and contains four apartments per story. The tenement buildings are behind four gate systems consisting of seven gates.

 

Outer City Housing

 

The outer city houses are a small one room cottage located directly outside the cities main wall and is used for those that don’t enjoy living in an urban environment, but still want the protection and perks of living in a large city. This housing is the least defensible due to its distance from the main city and being behind only the cities outer walls. The citizens who live in these will be provided with a public farm nearby, and the area will be patrolled by Polaris military to ensure the safety of citizens not wishing to live behind the cities main walls.
