What is roleplaying?: Role-playing is being a character/person that you made-up.

What is metagaming?: Meta-gaming is where your character uses information that they haven't gained as part of their knowledge within the game.  Using information within the game that is from outside game.

What is powergaming?: Power gaming is when you are role playing and you don't give the other player a chance to respond or engage in the scenario.  You type things that end with you "winning", the other person is blocked in being able to respond or change the outcome.

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):

Lavender comes from a family of elves she loves cats and rain. Her mother's name is Dandelion and her father's name is Daragon. Lavender lives in a medium sized Red Oak tree with her mother and father and the family emblem is a golden leaf. She is mischievous, loves to play pranks and wants to explore the horizons around her home. Her days are spent playing by the woodland stream with the animals and burying herself in the books at the library.

 

When she isn't playing or reading she works with her father learning about how to run the family farm.  When she was 8 years old she began to farm, her plan is to one day explore and find the perfect location for a farm for her own family, to live in harmony with nature.   Her mother is a warrior and her bow is a family heirloom, she gets her talent as an excellent marksman in archery from her mother. Her bow is made from an ancient Judean Date Palm tree (extinct since 500AD) and is her most precious possession.  She once tried to hold a sword and almost burnt her village and forest down because she dropped the sword on some embers which then sparked a tree fire, which then took the whole village to put it out.

 

She needs to be wary of any wolves as the fur will cause her eyes to be blinded for a period of time, unless a mix of apple juice and Ivy leaves is available to drink. The Poppy flower is her enemy as it can put her to sleep for any number of days.  Her Ivy necklace has been with her since birth, and is an air plant and grows continually round her neck which provides her with part of the cure for blindness from wolf fur. With her athleticism she can run for ages.

Ambitions: To have a good life, be a farmer and explore the lands.

Strengths/Talents: Fast, good with a bow, good balance, immune to the Ivy plant

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Can't hold a sword, wolves fur is poisonous , the Poppy flower makes me sleepy

• While your biography is of a decent length, I have a few concerns with it:
  • It lacks server lore. The wiki http://wiki.lordofthecraft.net/ contains all the information you need, such as town names.
  • Judea Date Palms do not exist in the Lord of the Craft the way you have mentioned them. Nor does the year system follow the system like in real life. http://wiki.lordofthecraft.net/Time+and+Calendars shows how time works in the Lord of the Craft.
