Viridian Den Grand Opening

Greetings Atherians! The Viridian Pub is proud to announce the grand opening of a new downstairs den, and what better way to kick off than with food, drinks, entertainment, prizes and gambling! So come along with some friends and have a night to remember.

Time and Location
Satuday 8^th November, 11pm GMT +0, so around 6pm for American EST
The start time will vary on numbers and will run until either fold leave or I run out of ideas.
Entrance to the den is within the Viridian Pub, located on the Stone Road between the Druid’s Grove and the human capital, Petrus


Open Stage
Free ale and food will be offered to anyone who jumps up to perform on the stage, whether it be a ballard, poem, play or just wish to talk no act is too big or small for the Viridian’s stage.


Best Costume of the Night - Prize:The Golden Party Stick! +200 Minas
Knoxween may have come and gone but dust off those costumes and come along dressed up, because who doesn’t like costumes? The best of the night will be brought on stage for a winner to be picked by the audience opinion.


Arm Wrestling Contest - Prize:Free Ale for an elven week +300 Minas
Got the strongest arm in all the lands? Sign up on the day for a bracketed, single elimination tournament and put your muscles to the test.

OOC rules –

• Both contestants start by rolling d20, the higher number is the winner of the round.
• Winner of each round adds 5 to their dice.
• Loser of each round subtracts 5 from their dice.
• First person to 0 loses.
• The highest a dice may go is d30
• Draws are rerolled

Eg. Round 1 – Fred rolls d20, get 4. Joe rolls d20, gets 15. Joe wins
Round 2 – Fred rolls d15 and Joe rolls d25


Thousand High Gambling Table
Buy tokens off Pikel and take them to the table to try your luck. Place your bet, roll the 1000 sided dice and hope Aeriel blessed you.

• Roll 600 or above, receive 100% of your bet
• Roll 750 or above, receive 200% of your bet
• Roll 950 or above, receive 300% of your bet

Tokens worth 10 minas each and are only refundable on the day. Respect the game dealers as their decision is final or be prepared to be removed from the premises.

At the Viridian Pub we hope to build community, accepting anyone through our doors as long as they bring no trouble. I hope to test the waters with this event and look forward to hosting future events for all of Athera to enjoy
