The Keeper Of Smiles Returns

Light foot steps can be heard scuttling from the cloud temple, each step a crack can be heard most likely the knees of the running creature. It does not run for long only as far as its stamina can take it. The figure slumps against a tree it stretches and shortly after whats sounds to be rain starts to splash on the ground. A woman passes by at first she does not notice the strange deformed figure under the trees until he shrieks in pain, The woman stops and turns to the sound of distress, she sees what appears to be blood not rain dripping from the top of this figures body. It speaks....

 

"Do not...be worried.....Smile bearer"

 

At this point the woman begins to panic, the once smile turns quickly into a face of fear, she slowly starts to step back only for her heels to meet her long dress causing her to fall backwards onto the floor. The figure emerges from under the tree, blood still dripping from what now appears to be a mask, the blood trickles faster and faster from each shriek of the beast The woman cries out...

 

"Please do not kill me, I'm so young a life to live, Children to raise...Please"

 

The creature becomes horrified, it cracks its head in a swift manner causing its whole body to shudder in excitement. It notices that the woman is no longer having fun, her face no longer bearing the Smile it first saw, it speaks up

 

"It's gone...The Smile.......Where did you put it....put it back or I shall..."

 

The mask figure grunts at the woman spilling some blood on her torso, she continues to pull a fake smile in hope that the creature leaves her alone,s he shakes as she wipes away her tears adjusting her face to suit that of a happy lady, The masked figure is not amused

 

"Silleh....Silleh woman....I ask you yet...you fail me...let me help....let......Sissiro help you"

 

With that Sissiro takes a small Stiletto from his back pocket, he brings the blade to the woman's cheek without hesitation and slices two lines either side of her face starting from just under the ear lobe to the opening of her mouth. As the woman screams in pain this only helps to tear the cheek tissue granting her the smile that Sissiro pleaded for...

 

"See....that was not bad.....see how quick that was..go run along to the people of these lands, show them my work, show them....what it is like to smile....forever"

 

Sissiro flees back off into the treeline leaving the woman to make her own decisions as to what to do next, Sissiro can be heard talking to himself as he makes distance between each of them, no one knows where or when he shall appear though they should be careful.....
