Attention, Dwedmar of The Grand Kingdom and Athera abroad!

 

The Chaplains of The Kirkja Dverga, humble servants of the Brathmordakin and enforcers of Their will do hereby request:

 

I. All and any runic items in the possession of Dwedmar be brought to the Chaplains for study and indexing. They will be returned to their owners after proper evaluation.

II. All and any runesmiths seek out the Chaplains and attend a moot in the hopes of gathering all runesmiths under the banners of the Kirkja Dverga.

III. No runesmithing shall be practiced until the respective smiths have received approval of and or enlisted into the of Kirkja Dverga. 

 

It is imperative that we preserve what blessed gifts the divine Brathmordakin have gifted unto us, Dwedmar. Pay heed to this request and assist the Chaplains in guiding our kin into a new dawn of Dwed glory.
