[Req] Shading The Beard And Hair In Another Color

So, since my character had a change of hair color, and I can't overlay it because I haven't got gimp or photoshop. I love love if someone could change the grey hair and beard into a dark shade of black, and if it doesn't work with the skin color, you may change the skin color to a lighter brownish grey, thanks!

I tried to change it by lowering the brightness but it destroyed the shading, I suggest redoing it by hand.
