The White Stag,

a private military orginization formed and utilized as the Targin family's private army. Having connections spread far throughout all of the current Human 'Kingdoms.' Currently stationed in Aesterwald, the White Stag offer their aid which includes transporting, protecting, constructing, and fighting to all those who they deem fit to recieve their services (They work for coin, out of respect, or out of their own selfish needs. They are currently 'vassalized' under Aesterwald).

Training

By enlisting into the White Stag, you're guaranteed the expertise of some of the greatest sword masters formerly known to the Stag. You will be taught formally (RPly) and properly (PvPly) to use either a two handed sword of sorts, or a long sword, on request. With that, a White Stag recruit is also educated correct and effective use of multiple armor types, plate-mail and plate armor most of all; as well as some knowledge with a shield, however, less expertise lies with shield training compared to any other weapon or armor training.

The White Stag has an almost Academy like side to it, of course with the military aspect, but there is so much to learn from being in and around the White Stag. The students are often the teachers, and everyone has something to offer in knowledge. Other, optional yet encouraged training and/or education are listed in the following (You'll be trained in RP as well as forced to grind the mechanics):

By enlisting into the White Stag, you are permitted to wear a uniform; there are only two types of uniforms which are open to customization for the user, that being the "Officer's Issue" and the "Standard Issue" uniforms. New recruits don't walk around with the gleaming white-plate armor marked with the White Stag sigil engraved over its collar, only officers are within their right to adorn themselves with such armor.

When you join, simply ask the Quartermaster or Iroh for a uniform and he shall have one made.

Rank Hierarchy

The hierarchy of authority, or ranking system, within the White Stag is fairly simple and easy to follow. The following is a list of the current ranks in order of least authority to highest authority:
 

NCO Positions:

(Corporal. Someone who has ranked up by proving them self.)

(Specialized jobs like healer, tactician, etc.)

(Captain. A person who is a captain of a ship in the Navy)

(Officer's who make all tactical decisions for all seafaring forces)

(Lieutenant. An officer who keeps steady control of the ranks, often a second-in-command position. No specialty value.)

(Iroh. General's, they have ultimate control over the operations and functions of the White Stag.

(Muscle. Bronze Stag's act as bodyguards and such. Bronze and brawn.)

• [black Stag]
(Executioners. Black Stag's are the jailors and wardens of the guild. They often use the Bronze Stag's to assert the laws of the guild for them, and keep everyone in line.)

(Veterans. Those who have served in the Stag for the max of twenty five years. They are looked up upon and respected within the Stag.)

 

NCO Ranks - The positions listed in the NCO ranks are those known as "Non-Commissioned Officers", as in, your authority other over members of the guild is limited. You don't make critical decisions, you don't train or teach other members, you don't wear the decorative White Stag armor, and you don't lead. Your job as one of these members is to learn, discipline yourself, train, and observe. Your dedication, progress, and attitude will reflect the future outcome of your place in the White Stag. A lesson learned within the ranks is that a man reaps what he sews.

CO Ranks - The positions listed in the CO ranks are those known as "Commissioned Officers", which is a position of authority and leadership in the White Stag. If you are a Stag, you are more than likely the result of well appreciated loyalty and hard work put into the guild, or better yet you have proved yourself to be an instructor of new recruits. As a Stag(or higher), you likely have a specific job other than simply being a trainee and the muscle for the White Stag. This specific job will suit your position as an officer.

By breaking these laws within the Guild, you will be subject to punishment at the discretion of the Platinum Stag's. Disobeying these rules is to break your oath to the Guild and to dishonor your honor.

 

• Do not disobey the counsel or instruction of your superiors. They give orders for a reason, not to make your life miserable.
• Do not harm, wish harm to, steal from, or dishonor another White Stag member(s). They are your brothers and sisters and would give their life for your own.
• Do not assault anyone, or cause discord in foreign lands, or threaten others. We work with society to protect the people and assert order, not to inflate chaos and violence.
• Do not insult or disrespect the nobility or Lord's/Lady's.

• To dishonor yourself is to dishonor the Guild.
• Do not draw arms or bear armors, unless in uniform, in a place we are unfamiliar with. The White Stag does not wish to threaten or stir uneasiness in foreign lands.
• Desertion from the White Stag is dishonorable, and will result in shaming and excommunication from the White Stag.

The White Stag supplies the inn with whatever supplies are needed, as well as offers free protection.
