The cove itself is filled with the shouts and laughs of Dwarves as well as something that has been all but silent for decades... Dwarves move back and forth along the wharf building more construction cranes or preparing for the construction of the steamers. Those who were in charge overlook the construction with broad grins and words of encouragement as oil rigs slowly begin to rise from the ground up. The great cane fields slowly expand outwards in great distances across the plains and the homes and keep slowly rose from their foundations. With the election of the new Grand King came a new age.
