  • To keep proper balance between kingly forces and vassal forces, the amount of bannermen may not exceed fifteen hundred. (15 players)

Note: Non-combatants do not count towards troop count.

  • Bannermen may enforce law within their Lord’s lands.

Note: They may not interfere with the business of the King’s Hand.

  • A Knight or Lordly son must be placed as Captain of the Bannermen.

Note: If neither of the two are available within the Noblehouse, the First Commander will appoint one.

  • The names, ages and races of bannermen must be submitted to the First Commander once an elven month.

  • Once an elven month, all the Nobilities Bannermen will rally for formal training. The event shall be hosted by a different Lord every time.

Note: The First Commander will choose a Lord to host the training. Lords are permitted to use the camp outside of Dragons Peak for training from Commander Valois or First Commander Delaney upon request.

First Commander

If any nobles have any quarrels with these regulations, simply send a raven to the First Commander, he is not unwilling to amend these guidelines, within reason.
