Upon closer inspection, you find the note to be decorated in fancy golden ink with space underneath the message for replies. ~+~Available Land~+~ Greetings! If you are reading this flier, you are most likely interested in land for your family, guild, order, military, for your shop, to run a farm, to open a bakery, to build a secret cave basement and sacrifice people to Iblees, or for a multitude of other reasons! Somehow, I managed to come across a decent amount of land east of Petrus, directly off the main road. I named the place Estermeadow, considering it's a meadow that is east of Petrus. I am incredibly creative, I know. In any case, I am but one man and I only live in one house. There's far too much land here for me to know what to do with it! Thus, I've decided, instead of being greedy and keeping this land to myself to be useless, I should do something with it or give it to someone else. If you want or need land, perhaps I can give you some or all of mine. I might sell it to you, I might enslave you and force you to work it, or perhaps I'll just give it up to you. Who knows what could happen? In any case, leave a reply if you feel the need, and don't forget to buy your wife a flower next year! ~William Harcourt (( As said, I've got a plot but have no idea what to do with it. Plot is decently sized, has dark oak on one edge of it, and is a 6 person activity requirement. That's a bit of a high requirement compared to the plots that are three times as big with half the activity requirement, but I didn't make it so don't look at me. I don't really need or want it for anything so if you have any ideas or want it/part of it for some reason just leave a reply or Pm me. "To Whomever it Concerns, Greetings fellow brother of the world of Athera. I am an aspiring man looking to become a knight in the coming Saint's Months. This land may be beginning to my journey upon this very realm, where I may begin my life upon this new world. If possible I would like to inhabit this land as a means to create a homestead for myself and possibly others given the capabilities. I am an earnest man, but as a vow I hold no money to my name, only my word. By my honor I may protect the land as if it were my homeland and attempt to earn it through merit. Whether it be for the people who I seek to live there in the near future, or for my brethren's needs.
