Yimatu flung open the door to his balcony, stepping out into the harsh light of the desert and raised his right hand for silence. As the sounds of construction died down and all grew still, Yimatu would begin to speak.

"Karin'ayla, laurir'ker. I speak to you now in what is a new dawn for our people, but an oncoming dusk seeks to still the spread of our wings. Dark days fall upon us, as the depraved minions of the Betrayer fall upon the nations of man.  I would, firstly, bestow my condolences unto the men and women of Renatus. A brave people, whom fought to free us of the yolk of Iblees. Though they have failed, we must honor them, and may we hope that their dead find peace in the hereafter."
 
"Secondly, I must address the usage of magic within ellaurir'ker. Shamans, those whom wield the powers of the Spirits, and in turn pay them great reverence, are respected within our lands and amongst our people. Paladins of Xan, Clerics of Tahariae, Druids of the aspects are welcomed to walk our lands and practice their magics upon them, but are not permitted to join our ranks. Those of you whom wield the unnatural magics of the Void or those stemmed from the blasphemies of the Betrayer, we shan't welcome you into our society, for your practices are an aberration of the elemental powers that direct our world, and the gravest of insults to the Tanfuksham. Those who wish to enter our land though may do so, so long as they do not practice their magics within our borders. The exception to this however, are necromancers that defile the remains of our beloved progenitors whom shall now, and always be condemned to die by fire, cursed to ash. Acalan uvul'igne"
 
"There are also those who cling to their Aengulic powers like a spoiled toddler to their mother's bosom, and instead of standing in defense of the world, and her peoples, they sit in decadence and debauchery. The Ascended, they are craven. They are not worthy of our mere presence, and we shall not allow them it. They are not welcomed in our lands, nor will they ever be.

OOC: TLDR: We got houses for the homeless. We got pyres for the necromancers. Ascended are lazy jerks, stay out of our lands or die by the blad. Clerics, Druids, and paladins are A-OK. WE GOT A FEAST HAPPENIN' ON THE 30th. Oh and don't do void magics in our lands.
