 I, Lothaire Fáóláín, am happy to finally announce the opening of The Honeyed Thorn Meadery in Nerezza! If you own a tavern in need of more variety or simply love a quality beverage, we at The Honeyed Thorn are at your service! We offer a wide variety of mead from pure honey mead to refreshing blueberry mead, and even a tangy plum mead. You may be thinking, "But, Lothaire, most of my customers just order ale." Fear not! We brew that as well. "Now, Lothaire," you're probably saying, "I thought you were a vintner." That I was, and I still offer the wines you love and remember from the Oakhill Winery in what was formerly Alras. Fáóláín Silk can remain a beloved part of your menu. So, if you need a supplier for you tavern or inn, or just want a good drink to add to your personal collection, contact Lothaire Fáóláín at The Honeyed Thorn Meadery for all your mead needs!

 

Note: We are not a tavern. If you wish to purchase mead, wine or ale from The Honeyed Thorn Meadery, it will be delivered to your home or place of business directly. Furthermore, we at The Honeyed Thorn Meadery always strive to ensure that any business conducted with us is an easy and enjoyable experience for those involved, regardless of race or nation!

 

Beverages Currently Produced at The Honeyed Thorn:

Mead:

-Fáóláín Honey: A pure, simple mead, made from honey fermented with water, and nothing else. For The traditional mead lover.

-Fáóláín Blue: A sweet mead, flavored with delicious blueberries.

-Fáóláín Summer Mead: A tangy, refreshing mead, flavored with summer plums.

-Fáóláín Throat-Punch: A truly unique mead for the bold drinker, Fáóláín Throat-Punch is flavored with the gaja chili. This beverage starts out with a sweet, cherry-like taste, but then flares up with a powerful spice!

-Fáóláín Cyser: A crisp, refreshing mead, flavored with delicious apples, picked fresh from the tree.

Ale:

-Fáóláín Winter: A strongly alcoholic ale with a pleasant apple-like taste. 

-Fáóláín Spring: Best served on a hot day, this ale is weak, but refreshing. It possesses a somewhat bread-like taste.

Wine:

-Fáóláín Silk: A rich merlot with a soft, velvety tannin and the bold taste of blackberries. Great for your more refined customers, It was my specialty back at my winery in Alras.

The Honeyed Thorn Meadery is now proud to announce a new addition to our fine selection: Fáóláín Throat-Punch! Flavored with the exotic gaja chilis of the northern jungles, this fine mead is recommended for the more adventurous consumers!
