“It is known that humanity is subjected to the 7 deadly sins: Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Wrath, Envy, and Pride. The sins function as guidelines to how a believer should generally live as. The personal importance of those sins to me is to prevent us of becoming animals, beings that don’t value what the creator has blessed upon us. The sins keep us in shape, without them there would be in absolute chaos.”

“It is also known that humanity praises the seven virtues: Chastity, Temperance, Charity, Diligence, Patience, Kindness, and Humility. Unlike the seven sins, this tells us what to do to be Virtuose, instead of telling us what not to do. The seven virtues to me served as a simple beacon of hope. If a man lost his way he could always know how to return to the righteous path simply by following the seven virtues.”

“This is where I find the true importance, where the sin and virtue connect. The true importance is the opportunity to always be absolved from the sins you have previously committed. A man can always be salvaged from the darkness that consumes him. I always appreciated the church offering the salvation, as if each man had opportunity no matter what they did, to me it is what makes the church pious in their ways.”

“It is often asked why sin and virtue even exist? The answer is simple. Without sin and virtue man is nothing but a being with no ambitions to sin, no ambition to make  good or even be salvaged. The existence of these virtues and sins allow Humans to experience life to the fullest, a man can feel how it is like to guilt to lust, realize his sins and feel the need to redeem himself afterwards.”

Ser Abner Rahl chuckles softly as he reads over the thing. He shakes his head as he leans back into his rocker, setting the thesis to the side. A cough shook his body and he wiped his mouth before murmuring. "Heh..who woulda thought that ol' Bran woulda become a man of th' Creator. Should probably go meet 'im one day."
