Observation On The Server's Ban Policy

Last time I had a talk like this with a GM, I'm pretty sure they said that they usually talk in the Skype chat about the punishment / whether to unban. It's not just like the decision is of one member ( most of the time ), usually the team would probably agree on something. I don't really have an opinion on the actual thread, just sharing that when people say every GM has different ban rules, 3-4 people usually considered it.

if you're offended, this is what happens:

 

"wow I didn't like that"

 

you then proceed to step away from whatever is offending you, feel butthurt for some indeterminate amount of time, and then you're absolutely fine without any longterm damage to your person a few days later.

Or you could kindly say "Hey, that offends me, would you mind not saying that around me?". Common courtesy is not difficult.

the staff are now very bias it seems, and often players with friends amongst the staff can get away with **** that others cant
