But seriously, wth. We were told we'd be getting barracks and we still don't have any barracks or even signs of one coming. Half of the Sillumiran are as of now homeless, and the others are holding houses which could be used by others... If we had some barracks. As for why the library is being built is simple. Everyone else asked for the library.
