Needing High Elven Skin

Hello, Apologies for being brief, but here we are. I find myself in need of a new skin for one of my older characters. The source image I would like used is below. The character in question is an effeminate high elf approximately 160 in years. Hair should be silver, eyes should be purple. There will be a 450 minas reward for the skin depending on quality. A skin incorporating 1.8 elements will be paid 670 minas if accepted.
