And now, nominations begin once more. Elokarir'maehr, the Master of Kowledge, must be found. Any pure Mali'aheral may nominate themselves for this position. 

 

Nominations will close in an elven day, and a speech is required for a valid nomination.

 

Duties of Elokarir'maehr:

1.) Administration. The Okarir’maehr holds authority over the Eternal College, its management, classes, and research done within.

2.) Development. The Okarir’maehr works to develop the persuit of scientific research in Haelun’or so that the maher’sae of the maher’sae hiylun’ehya may be fully developed and pushed to new limits.

3.) Teaching. The Okarir'maehr must be knowledgeable about mali'aheral culture, history, law, and the research within elcihi. They must be able to teach these things to those who seek it, to enhance the blessing and pursuit of knowledge in Haelun'or.

Citizens of the blessed Cihi!

I come in front of you today, to offer my services as Okarir’maehr. With the many brilliant minds of the Mali’aheral, comes the necessity for organization. With me in charge, the many centers of knowledge in this great city will be put to the best possible use. With strict use, the new laboratories will be used to the greatest effect. Relevant tests will be done, and aggressive, critical research will be conducted for the maehr'sae hiylun'ehya. With large pools of funding, the laboratories that I would be leading will flourish, and and the lives of all will improve. This I guarantee. Plans have already been made for experimentation, sources of test subjects have been found, and possible projects have been established. Activity will not be lacking, and tests will be conducted routinely.

On the subject of the college. It will not be lacking. As I’ve stated, the large pool of funding I have at my disposal will provide an excellent college for the Cihi. A place for people to share knowledge with one another. Classes will be scheduled, and jobs will be created. No more will we be misusing our human capital, and knowledge will be available for all mali’aheral to seek.

Why should you choose me over others? I have experience. I’ve worked in a laboratory for a little under 60 years. I have initiative. I will conduct research and start projects to improve the lives of many mali. I will make it my personal goal in life to fufill maehr'sae hiylun'ehya, and make the mali’aheral the most untouchable race in history.
