It was merely hours ago that Kalenz Uradir, Sohaer of the mali'aheral, let loose a flurry of birds— Sending messages far and wide across the realm to both allies, enemies and neutral parties. The final hour approached.

History: It is that which binds our peoples together most strongly, for not only do we have deep bonds for actions done in present years-- But for those done long ago. For three generations have I known your family and their great deeds— And I shall not forget your kindness to my kindred.

The Bond of Crimson-Silver has been seen time and again through generations of your kind and through history. Though you have done much for us, it is my reluctant path to ask for your aid once more, Noble Humans of De Savoie. We seek for you to aid the task which your ancestors, Velwyn then Roland and now Oliver, began long ago— The degradation of the chaotic and degenerate state that wood elves spontaneously assemble whenever allowed to— The state of Malinor.

We seek for your aid so that this deed may be finished. So that two hundred years of their puerile chaos can be brought to an end.

We seek for you to stand with us once more, grand allies of Savoie.

Aid us once more, lliran and we shall once more be indebted to you. If not for us... Do it simply to purge degenerate elves which I know you find so vile.

Being informed of the envoy sent to Duke Oliver of Savoie, King Andrik is quick to pen a letter to his Vassal, reminding him that there can no be action against any foreign power without express permission from himself.

The particular dove which had set flight for the realm of Savoy returns mere hours after the initial departure, her leg lacking the missive that had been written by the high Elven diplomats. It seemed no parchment had taken place of the one initially sent off, the bird's talons merely grasping the green branch of an ash tree.
