The war of elven kind has come to a close with the recognition of both the Republic of Laureh’lin and the Silver State of Haelun’or that a state of total war between the Children of Malin is an abhorrent and is never to be repeated.

 

At the same time it is the duty of each State to recognize the flaws which brought the cataclysmic clash to its head and pitted the Blessed Elves against their less numerous Ashen Skinned and Earthen Skinned kin.

 

In seeking peace the two states have come to a mutual resolution to foster elven peace akin to that seen in the days of Malinor, but of course more tailored to the modern age.

 

1. The Republic of Laureh’lin hereby shall hand over Phaedrus Lle’hielia, Elorna Lle'hielia and Artimec Camoryn to Haelun'or. Never again will they be offered refuge within either Laureh’lin or Haelun’or— Forever will they be considered pariahs for his wicked crimes against elven kind.

2. The Republic of Laureh’lin hereby exiles all elves of partial or whole high elven blood from their lands. No high elf or part-high elf may reside in Laureh’lin without the explicit permission of the Sohaer of the Silver State of Haelun’or. If an impure high elf is found, Laureh’lin will immediately arrest and deliver the impure to Haelun’or.

3. The Republic of Laureh’lin shall become a territory, most accurately city, of Haelun'or, its laws and its people subservient to the Silver State of Haelun'or.

4. The Silver Law shall be imposed on Laureh'lin.

5. The Council of Cerulin shall be hand selected by the Sohaer of Haelun'or, by any means he deems necessary-- most likely through election, though appointment is possible and permitted.

6. The Mali'ker shall be exiled from Laureh'lin.

7. The Silver State of Haelun’or and the Republic of Laureh’lin pledge to no longer assault elves of the other nation in their homes, on roads or anywhere they are found.

8. The Silver state of Haelun’or and Republic of Laureh’lin hereby deem the Forests of Fiandria to be the territory of Haelun'or.

9. The Ivory Order is hereby disbanded.

10. The Dwarven Fort of East Point shall be handed over to Haelun'or and its allies.

11. The State of Laureh'lin hereby renames itself after its true identity: The Princedom of Malinor. Albeit this is only temporary for as stated before, the state shall cease to be and Cerulin will become a city within Haelun'or.

12. The Republic of Laureh'lin shall pay Haelun'or 10,000 minas in war reparations.

13. Laureh'lin shall renounce all ties with the dwarves, deeming them interfering enemies who trifle with elven affairs.

 

 

 

For the good of all elves, the festering splinter that has arisen must be returned to that which is the mother land and the poison of impurity must be purged from within.

 

This is the will of Haelun'or. And thus this is the will of All Elves.
