One of the couriers delivers it to the throne room - ready to present the gift to his Majesty, if Andrik is there to accept it. If opened, the package would contain an exquisite cape of heavy, red silk velvet, lined with spotted white mink fur. The cape is long, reaching down to the king's ankles, and unbelievably soft to the touch. The fur has received some sort of special treatment, rendering it especially plush and shiny. As the cloak is lifted out of the package, a small card would flutter free from the folds of the fabric. If picked up, the card would read: To His Majesty, King Andrik of Oren, Received an anonymous order at my shop. Seems someone wants you to look nice for your coronation. Don't worry about paying. Your secret admirer took care of it. You'd better wear it. My client shelled out good minas for this. Do you really want to snub my client? Moreover, do you know how hard it is to find good-quality mink pelts in today's market? I don't work with cheap ****. My client said only the best, so here it is. I'd assume several thousand people live in Petrus. The true pop? Maybe 30-40. So there can conceivably be more Kha than there are in game.
