Have you ever been banned or received a strike?

Nope

Do you hold / have you held any other staff positions?

Unfortunately, I haven't.

What MMORPG/video games have you / do you play?

I've only played a few; World of Warcraft, Warcraft 3, and Mount and Blade Warband seem most applicable.

What are your characters? Are you willing to sacrifice any to become a Event member?

I have an orc named Kol'Ordan - I would like to keep him

I also have a kharajyr - Definitely willing to sacrifice him if necessary

What race / group do you think your events would best cater to? If none in particular, give an example of the type of group that your events would entertain.

I would definitely cater the most to the orcs, since I know, understand, and enjoy their culture the most, but also would be willing to do smaller events for any group, but I'd definitely be more comfortable with orcs.

What do you believe are key factors for a successful event?

Good Story and storytelling- The players should feel immersed and involved by using descriptive and vivid language, but is also simple, to draw them in instead of merely saying that a character "Get's hit"

The ET member has to be into the roleplay just as much as the players are, if not more.

When was the last time you saw a event?

About three weeks ago I was part of a one-on-one event with an event team member. (I enjoyed it btw)

What strengths could you contribute to the Event Team? Are you knowledgeable in lore or great at organizing?

I'm quite driven when it comes to getting things done. I know I've really pestered the orcish leadership to try to get some events done. (They've been wonderful in putting up with me.) I can do events on the fly, since in dungeons and dragons the players seldom do what you plan.

Why do you want to be part of the ET?

I've been a Dungeon Master for the better part of six years and love making a story for people to play, follow and add their own spin with how their characters and themselves act. Being an ET seems to me to be like a Dungeon Master and I would love to make stories with other people.

Create three distinct RP scenarios/events based on LOTC lore that you would organize. These are pitches to the Managers and Ouity, not to the community. Note: Not all of the group must be handled at once. Eg: 20+ people via 5 person increments in a dungeon.

1) For 1-3 person

As a group of characters journey, they come across an crazed and deformed orc. His green skin is a sickly green color and his veins bulge out of his body in a sickly black while broken fetters signal that he has escaped from somewhere. This orc doesn't negotiate and will immediately attack, all the while muttering or shouting "Krah'Zul". After being slain or captured, one might notice a strange mist that seems to leave from the nose and mouth of the area.

2) For a group of 5-10

A group of adventurers are in a town when a bumbling sorcerer accidentally summons a slew of abominations, in his tower instead of creating a subservient race like the wizard intended. The wizard is slain by the horrors and the spell continues, disgorging more creatures after the wizard's death which leave the tower and start causing mayhem in the street and releasing other magical creatures that the wizard had (which could lead to later rp for either hunting them or capturing them). The adventurers then must slay the denizens that spawn while protecting the sorcerer's apprentice (that was out getting groceries when the gate was opened) while he attempts the spell (which could lead to some interesting rp for some of his failures).

3) For a group of 20+

Going back to the first idea. It is discovered that there is an encampment of feral (or more feral than usual) orcs that have been using dark shamanism to bind minor spirits of Enrohk to willing orcs. This causes not only the orcs to be even more bloodthirsty than the usual orc, but also causes them to have their strength increased tenfold and to lose their sanity as their mind is ripped asunder by the spirit's. The shaman leading this is Krah'Zul and the characters meet up with other orcs who have encountered these possessed orcs and followed the visions of their shamans who have been alerted to the actions of Krah'Zul.

How long do you plan to stay in the ET?

I would be able to do it until mid-June. After that, I would leave on a mission for my church.

Tell me a joke

JarJar Binks is going to be in the new Star Wars movies.

XSkip is probably one of the most driven people I've met on the server. Lately he's been trying to create events with the Orcs which is a huge +1. Managers, if you want a guy with high quality RP, determination, and loyalty, choose XSkip.

Skip is an amazing rp'er that has always strived to improve in any way possible. He is a hard working man as well and dedicated. If those are not traits of a good ET, then what is?

+1

XSkip took it upon himself to host his own events of sorts, and it was very high tension and very exciting. Definitely a +1, seeing him take the initiative like that.

He may not remember it but I have RPed with him numerous times and he seemed very mature and and accepting. Although, I haven't had the chance to participate in these events, his forum activity and attitude is great! +1.

Dear Event Team

Due to my own willfulness and want to know where I stand, I would really like that you say whether or not it's approved. I'd rather know that I haven't made it and starting to work on improving myself than waiting in a half hopeful limbo. I trust that you'll make the best decision for the server and if I am not the best decision, I hope to improve until I am. I await your response.

Thank you for your time,

-XSKip-
