Remove Strength 2 Potions

It has come to my attention that strength II potions are an allowed item somehow, and can be acquired via nexus or otherwise.

Not only are these potions unfounded in lore, but the +240% damage buff is ridiculously overpowered and ruins the game balance for people not abusing/high-level nexus'ing to get these potions.

If a player has one, make a modreq. There was a bug that allowed them to be made, and they will be taken away.
