Upon entering the hallowed Cloud Temple grounds, you notice a tall and lean fellow of tan complexion struggling to put up a sandy piece of parchment. You pick up a few obscenities from the young man's frustrated mutterings before he finally manages to affix the document to the pole. Noticing a few onlookers he lets out a surprised cry and scurries off to the carts. You notice that there are several copies of the same document scattered about and decide to inspect one:

Must be able to tolerate socially
