Definitions

What is roleplaying?: It's when you take the role of a character and create stories for them, a example is to talk and behave like your character would.

What is metagaming?: Is an OOC action where a player uses knowledge that they know in real life, but the character would not know. A example is if I started talking about computers in game

What is powergaming?: When making your character god-like, or making them stronger than other characters, or not letting other players do there part in a roleplay encounter

Biography  : My mother was the only family I ever knew. Everytime I asked to know about any family members, she said anothertime, and quickly changed the topic. The only lead I had was my familys last name, deGray. I asked the other villagers but them said they didn't know and asked me to leave. Around 1489, a courier came asking for recruits to join the war at the side of the Kingdom of Akovia. Several men from the village sign up, but I hide in my mothers house with her, waiting for the man to leave. In 1491, the war ends, but none of the men who signed up joined. We spent that night digging graves and mourning the losses with the families. A few years passed in peace, we farmed and hunted for our supplies with no messages of war until 1498. A group of horsemen road through town, ransacking the houses for for men to join the war between the Kingdom of Oren and the Silver Encalve.  My mother told me to run into the woods, and to never return. I ran into the woods, but in my haste I forgot my map. Soon I was lost in the woods, where I built a crude lean-to. Soon a hunter by the name of Rowan found my camp. He strangly resembled me but when I asked said he did not know me. He shared some provisions with me and pointed me to the nearest road, where I passed through town-to-town. I stole,hunted, and fished for the supplies I needed, all while trying to find out who my father was.

Ambitions: To run a inn or blacksmith shop and find out who my father is.
