Letters would be distributed to each mali'aheral with a small mint flavored after eight.

Motivation.

By definition; the reason or reasons for acting or behaving within a certain manner. However in reality the term has greater depth and meaning that you could ever consider; influences such as time, dedication and even love all come beneath this single banner that we refer to as motivation. When I took upon the role of Elokarir'leyun I came with true passion towards my goal, true desire to achieve something grand and yet now I falter.

If I've learnt of one thing throughout my time within this role is that motivation is nothing of a infinite resource but instead.. self replicating. If you come to expire every crevice worth of it then it'll never be present for a project again, such was what occurred to me as I returned from my recent trip. I have recognized my lacking passion for the role and thus have drawn up the conclusion that I, Vesryn Volodar resign from the position of Elokarir'leyun.

Nevertheless I would be lying to you if I spoke of that being my only reason, because indeed it is not. Your council falters mali'aheral, they're weak and ill-minded and will only bring us to our knees. I shall not be apart of such.

Do not take my words generally; few that sit upon the high seats have true capability to lead whilst others merely inhibit progress beyond all belief. Some even accusing me; one of such grand contribution and willing of sabotage and ill-intent out of nothing but spite. Now comes my time to shame those of the higher ranks, as our dearest Akaln did also.

Suliin'thill - Okarir'akaln

Silvos - Okarir'tanya

Aneurin - Okarir'mali

Avern - Medi'ir

They will bring no benefit; just downfall into the abyss of uncertainty of chaos.

Vesyrn Volodar,

Formerly Elokarir'leyun.

Suliin'thill Llumnane watches Vesryn abandon his post, without a hint of contempt in his face.

"It seems that the guilt of being a prime suspect for first degree arson has finally overwhelmed Vesryn."

"Amusing, he'd claim the ones who who had voted to have him removed last elven week are against progress. He's done far less work than any councillor... " Avern says to some friends over tea after reading the notice.
