What is roleplaying?: Controlling a person in and influencing their actions in another time period. Ex. Me controlling my character in game

What is metagaming?: Using knowledge your character would not know in game, but you might know in real life. Ex. Me using info I found out when I was a soul

What is powergaming?: Not giving the other person or party a chance to respond to your emote. Ex. Tom stabbed Bob in the back, killing him.

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

 

Character’s name: Grooce Nightingale

Character’s age: 18

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):  I was born in a mountain village in Athera. I was raised well and my father taught me the tools of his trade, blacksmithing, so one day I could take after him. Our villages tradition was to send out the boys to become men at 18 years old and my father wanted me to be ready. He trained me in hunting and everything else I might need to survive out in the wild. But at age 11, the floods came, and we had to travel to a new land. We left on the boats for Oren, staying below deck keeping away from everyone. 

 Once we arrived in Vailor, things were better for awhile, we settled a distance away from Adria and when the war came, my father went to join the ranks of the rebels. This left me alone with my mother, who started to get sick from some unknown illness. Soon she passed, and by age 18 I left the village since I had nothing left there for me, and traveled to the Cloud Temple to begin my new life garbed in some Armour made by my father (the skin).

 

Personality Traits: Kind, Curious, Confident, Adventurous 

Ambitions: To be a blacksmith or a guard

Strengths/Talents: Blacksmithing and woodcarving. 

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Easy to convince, Stubborn, Overconfident
