Hair: Long, with beads and braids in certain strands.

Beard: Short but full/thick

Skin Color: Very strong tan

Extra: He has blue tattoos covering his entire body(except his head/face) they resemble runes and symbology.

Clothing: http://www.tentonhammer.com/image/view/84545/preview - But have the coat be longer, and have the sash be red instead of blue and the shirt blue instead of red.

Also, if you think there is a better color for the coat, go for it, you don't have to stick to the pics colors for it.
