**Upon your wanders about land of Karakatua, you find yourself face to face with a glorified, gold-edged parchment, bearing the official symbol that is the trident of the Kharajyr. Should you choose to read it, you would see it as follows:**


From this day forth, let it be known that by will of The Varkolu, The Tultelkos and The Sostelos that all kharajyr are now to abide by high temple authority. For in this time of hardship, order is needed. May all kharajyr know they are now subject to:

 

High Temple Authority.

The Temple of Metztli and those affiliated with the temple now hold control over the law of The Enclave. The Military Aelkos and her Do' shall work alongside the temple to enact the will of Metztli. A priest of Metztli now serves to not only perform regular priest duties, but to enforce the temple's law. All of Do’ and the priesthood will wear the same uniform for their purpose is now combined, to maintain order and safeguard the kharajyr whilst a plague spreads throughout Vailor.

This is an urgent declaration issued by The Temple of Metztli to maintain Metztlis childrens health in this hardship. Temple Authority will last for a week, though is this has the backing of the Tlatlanni then it will be in affect until the crisis has passed.

All kharajyr must now follow these law additions for failure to do so will lead in punishment and banishment even after the plague has passed.

- Any kharajyr seen infecting other kharajyr will be exiled and branded an apekha for eternity.

- Any kharajyr who leaves the land of the Holy Temple will not be granted entry until the plague is over.
 

- All gates are to be remained locked and barricaded whilst Temple Authority is in place.
 

- The Priesthood and the do'tavahla will join together to maintain order.
 

- If a kharajyr knows they have the plague it is their duty to stay away, failure to do so will lead in punishment whilst and when the plague is over.
 

- If a kharajyr knows somebody who they deem to be infected are to report it immediatly.
 

- The Tlatlannis say is absolute, do not question or cause any drama. Forfill his wishes as best you can in time of hardship.
 

- The consumption of monkbread and normal bread has been outlawed whilst the plague infecting others, all bread is to be casted into the sea.

- Anybody who wishes to live outside the holy temple structure will not be granted entry into the temple.
