I 'ave been getting asked by thee guards how to be promoted. Well 'ere is how ye can get promoted. Every ((real life week)) thee guard officers and I will select one rookie guard to get promoted by, If ye are doing a great job on guard duty,respectful to everyone,listen to thee officers and I,and If ye are training hard. We will start this at Saturday.

Also I will be explaining thee ranks.

Rookie guard- Learning how to be a sucessful guard. They will be mostly on guard training and If they are on gate duty they will be supervise by a guard officer or If permisson from a guard officer a regular guard can also supervise. Rookies get paid ((Yes I did changed it again)) 30 minas per ((real life hour)).

Regular guard- They 'ave been a guard for some time so they should know how thee guard operates. They can guard thee gate and 'ave no surpervision and also partol around thee walls. Also not all regular guards but some regular guards will be given a key ((permissions)) to thee prison. Regular guards get paid 50 minas per ((real life hour)).

Officer guard- There are three guard officers. Longbeard,Stonebeard, and Flynn. There role is to command a section of guards to guard thee gates or partol around thee walls. All officers will 'ave keys ((permissions)) to thee prison. Also officers will instruct thee rookies at training. Officers get paid 70 minas per ((real life hour)).

Once when thee guards secret project opens I raise thee minas fer pay.

Also once when the training facility is up and running, we will train thee rookies everyday. Everyone that gets involve in training gets paid 50 minas after we are done. One more thing Officers we need to post some guards patrolling around thee wheat field. Do not post them inside, but around it of course. We do not want to mess up thee crops. Reason why I want some guards to be posted there is because lately we 'ave been getting some trouble around there.

I have moved back here after spending me life fightin' those blasted Undead up North and I want te settle down and I think I have the skills needed. I have guarded Snowyfields and Alstion so guard duty ain't no new thing te me.

How long have you been in the land of Aegis?

Bah I came here quite a while ago probably te long te remember
