If a bunch of misfits can come together after going through the same trials and tribulations to try and better themselves, then ****. It’s better than “real” family that couldn’t visit me back in Khalestine’s prison.” - The Vandalore Qimat Althuluj, more well known as Hallowvale, is the eastern border of Khalestine. A stark contrast to the West where sea meets the sand and dry grass of Al-Wakhrah, Hallowvale is a mountainous region left untamed. To the western base of the mountain lies the Hallowglade, a forest left mostly unexplored due to the araxyte hive that preys on the common adventurers that dare seek its secrets. Upon the mountain’s peak is Ard Ghorrock. It is said this castle pays tribute to a few predecessors from past realms. Originally meant to house the Reformed Order of St. Lucien until the death of Baudric von Aesterwald, Ard Ghorrock is now home to Hallowvale Contracting lead by their leader known as the Vandalore. Many of the expeditions sent by Caliph Faiz Kharadeen that went east upon declaration of expansion returned to Al-Wakhrah in failure. Some did not return such as The Orvar, their fate left unknown. The men and women who would later become Hallowvale Contracting, feeling the bustling city of Al-Wakhrah could no longer house them after the horrors they had seen during the Dukes’ War, volunteered to make the journey east in hopes of creating a new home. The venture was perilous. Met with the horrors of the East, many succumbed to the journey. Those who did make it to the site where Ard Ghorrock was to be built were low on supplies and still faced the challenge of construction. It was with faith in GOD, each other, and the idea of a better life after the breaking of innocence from war were the men and women of Hallowvale able to make their home. Curse over blessing, Allah bring some peace of mind to the men and women of Hallowvale. Harden them like diamonds.
