A piece of paper would be tacked up to the notice board

"Could someone please tell me what evidence there is to support that 'seeds' are an ancient tradition?"

There is a great deal of space left below

"I don't see how questioning the validity of a religious sect, which you seemed to have created and seem to be in charge of, is complaining. I am honestly a little sad that everyone just believes you. Could quite easily shut me up by showing me the evidence behind your claims"

"I don't see much evidence to suggest you're not a ******* *****," comments Kairn Calithil as he intercedes Alirya. "Why does it even matter to you? Religion is religion, are you some atheist or agnostic who enjoys to **** on everyone else's parade?"

"Why /doesn't/ it matter to you, I'm not questioning the existence of any deity, I am merely questioning the validity of  what one says of a deity. So far I have heard no evidence supporting Artimec's claims, how does that not disturb you or at least make you roll your eyes?"

Kairn Igus Calithil rolls his eyes, disturbed by Alirya's retort.

Kairn's reply drew a small smile out of Artimec, who then calmly stated: "And what, exactly, is your issue with our traditions, and our faith? Surely something spurs you to try to incite discontent like you do? So tell me, what is so evil about it all?"

"The simple truth is that our ancestors did not write, not in ways familiar to our people now. One can't scrounge up a scroll that details every part of our traditional ways. However though these ideals seem a world away, they were in practice truly not that long ago. My parents told me the same things that my grandparents told them, of that time when we lived in these Seeds and appreciated the Aspects as we appreciated our own kind. Oral histories are no less important than written ones, especially when regarding our ancestors in particular."

"I have been around for atleast two centuries, this is the first time I have ever heard of these oral traditions, and my family did have oral traditions but they did not affect the entirety or even a great majority of the race"

"This may be the first time because, as we all know, our people have been in such dark times for the past few centuries. For all my six-hundred years, up 'til recently, elves have been no better than humans. It's through the sharing and spreading of these stories that we've realized the full truths of our past - there are, not many, but a few elves similar to me, who've been solitary for centuries but hold memories and tales and only just now are sharing them with the rest of elf-kind."

"Seed life is passed down orally from our ancestors. My oldest living ancestor was Iyerwin Camoryn. Long ago, my Seed was Karin'wyn. Old Iyerwin told me our name was 'commonized' when Malin banned use of the old tongue."

Artimec rubbed his chin in idle thought, "Old Iyerwin had a remarkably good memory. In any case, Iyerwin told me of his life. When our Seed abided by no borders and lived in no cities. We were a hunter clan, our patron was Cernunnos. As city life became more popular, we slowly lost our values. But with new begginings calls for revival of old ways."

Coughing into his fist, he continued. "We are an ancient, long lived race after all. Many other clans have their own oral histories from that time period which they just now are beginning to explore and rediscover, when previously they had no reason to. I suspect more stories of the ancient seeds shall become restored with time as more mali explore their past."

"I know that tale... Thank you for actually answering my question instead of being evasive and useless"she bowed her head slightly towards Sal and then ripped down the note

"Thank you," states Kairn rather unapologetically. "For being an incredibly dumb, useless, detrimental individual to society who will never contribute and instead scorn those who do."
