Charter applications are only necessary for acquiring land outside of a nation, if you are requesting land within a nation, this is not how you get the land. Ask the leaders either in RP or OOC. You are expected to seek land through them first, before resorting to this application.

Type of Charter: Nation Expansion (?) RPly the land is within the Vandorian borders, right next to the capital in fact so as per rules this is just a formality for a regioning.

Proof of Meeting Material Requirements: Once again, this is part of the RP borders of Vandoria and a simple formality to get the region made for records sake. The capital of Vandoria is about 100 blocks away at most.

Godfrey would stride forth from Vandoria’s fine capital, in hand the writ from the Lord Protector Nafis Yar to secure the west of the capital. He had been granted a great responsability, and an honor he felt he had deserved. Being elevated from the soldiery of the Kingdom, he was now Godfrey of the House of Krinford, and he would establish a mighty presence in Vandoria.

Within days settlers moved in, establishing a foothold in the wild valley, cutting trees and mining stone. Vandorian architects would begin laying plans for a castle and a small village below. With the Krinford Valley in his grasp, Godfrey would ensure Vandoria was well defended.
