As outlined in the Law of Haelun’or, there must always be a Sohaer. It is the duty of the Silver Council to appoint one by majority vote. The council has met and decided the following:

 

Avern’dionne Adriane, Elvalleinarnirceru, shall once again be Sohaer of Blessed Haelun’or.

 

The seat of Tilurir’mali shall become vacant.

 

By order of the Silver Council, this decree is official and binding, enacted immediately.
