Let it be known that the swamp that is Fi’Ceru has been condemned as an unlivable home for the Mali’aheral, lacking in all we need in a city. It will soon be abandoned as a new home on the island of Fimaehr be constructed. Thus, it is ordered that this Summer Fi’Ceru be demolished and scrapped for resources, lest it be deemed still needed by the Council for the maehr’sae hiylun’ehya.
