What is roleplaying?:

Pretending you are someone else, normally a fictional character

What is metagaming?:

Knowing stuff the person you are roleplaying doesn't ex. your friend tell you he's being attacked on Skype. You rush to his rescue, with no notice in-game.

What is powergaming?:

Making something defiantly something happen in-game  ex. *Hits [player name] cutting off his head

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):

       Ethan Lovegood, son of Luna Lovegood. Born in Al Wakrah, when he was a child, he got lost in the woods north of the town (Luna was never a great mother). Raised by local elves, he slowly began to realize he wasn't an elf, and set out to Kal'Ordholm to make and sell technology (if it can be called that) to the local dwarves. After a few months, he grew tired of this and eventually moved to Avalon to become a blacksmith. 

       He was pretty good, but not good enough to make a living. Not having enough money to buy materials, he moved back to the forest and lived off the land. He was still interested in blacksmithing though, and fashioned swords and armor out of old sticks and twigs. The elves eventfully found out and started buying his armor. Making much more money in the forest, he continued to make the weapons and armor, until he had enough money to move to the city of Felsen, and was a successful woodworker.
