Free The Hobbits 859 Share Posted February 28, 2016 As the day grew long in Willow Hollow, the Halflings set out to their burrows, the fields tidy and sowed, the sky turning a deep blue. All was peaceful that night, a peaceful stillness covered the land, the world had not the whisper of trouble in it. However, like all things in Vailor, the silence must come to an end. The sky lit up with a flash, a brilliant red covering the sky over Willow Hollow as a meteor exploded from the sky. It slammed into the fields, a plume of smoke visible for miles in all directions, the odd, potato shaped rock planting itself deep in the fields of Willow Hollow. It was not the meteor that scared the townspeople the most, oh no they had seen rocks fall from space many times. It was something much more worrying: perhaps it was the smell, perhaps the sight, or perhaps they had all missed supper for this. But what the Halflings saw was much more worrying than skipping a meal, they were stricken with fear and doubt at the sight. Halfling sized footprints led away from the crater. The footprints led through the field and promptly disappeared into the hustle and bustle of the town. Whatever had come from the meteor, was among them. The Halflings looked to their left and right, wondering who or what had walked out of the crater. Whatever it was, the question remained at the back of every Halfling's mind. Did it take its tea plain or with cream in it? Strange things started happening throughout the week, people found goats in their burrow, their carpets mismatched, and a poop in their bed. Oh, the horror of this madman! What kind of terrible monster could drink all of Pippin's alcohol?!
Moochael 730 Share Posted February 28, 2016 Inspects the Meteor once more, wrinkling his nose at the smell "Maybeh... A sky go' is among us?!" He gasps at the sudden thought, jaw dropping.

Destroyer_Bravo 1054 Share Posted February 29, 2016 Andol Chucklebutt reapplies green paint to his face in the morning, before walking outside the base of the Shovelhood and noticing the meteor buried in the field. He grimaces, before running to grab a shovel to prepare to fight
