Gridlock 1033 Share Posted May 28, 2016 The Siege of Kraken's Watch 11th of The Grand Harvest, 1561 Death came for many that day. The castle shaked every minute as countless trebuchets rained down hell on it. Among the soldiers in the lord's hall was the black headed bastard of Staunton, Son of late duke Anden. It was silent in the hall, all the men heard were screams of men dying and the boulders crashing into the walls. After a few hours of waiting in sillence, a boulder finally came crashing into the wall, breaking through and killing at least five men. Hugh, The bastard, just managed to evade death. The hours passed like minutes and after a few, the forces of Courland sallied out. Wether it was because of a lack of a tower to hide in, or stupidity was unknown. But Hugh the Blackhead followed them. He fought various men of the coalition, even killed a few. But when he was cornered by the 6' foot Raevir veteran, He soon drew his final breath. Blocking blow after blow, striking whenever the old man left his guard down, but after just moments, the old man struck Hugh down. The Siege of Kraken's Watch was not only the end of Hugh's war, But also his life.
