I dont know how to apeal

i joined the server for the first time with an advanced movement mod on and i was really exited and was roleplaying and speaking to people and there was like a little war happening and i had to go eat and stuiped me didnt think to log out i ran up a tree not thinking id get noticed came back and i was banned for a month i come back 2 months later and it still says it but with something about apealing after 5 or 10 mins of looking on forums i sadly could not find anything to help me apeal so even if ive done this wrong all i ask is for some feedback/advice/unban/idk
