For generations, the races of Humanity and Dwedmar have waged war across the realms since the dissolution of the Blood Pact and the beginning of the Great War. In the wake of the Eighteen Years War, we of the signatory parties recognize our differences, but we chose instead to highlight our similarities and form a new bond to build upon so that we may regain the trust of one another and preserve for our children the greatest gift that we can offer, peace. And let this document serve as a stepping stone on the path to a realm where Human and Dwedmar may stand once more as the pinnacle of Cultural and Military might.

 

 

• The Grand Kingdom of Urguan will take no aggressive action towards the Holy Orenian Empire, her vassals, or her holdings

 

• The Holy Orenian Empire will take no aggressive action towards the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, her vassals, or her holdings

 

• No armed man shall enter the holdings of The Grand Kingdom of Urguan bearing the standard of the Holy Orenian Empire without the express consent of the Grand King of Urguan or one of his officers

 

• No armed Dwed shall enter the holdings of The Holy Orenian Empire bearing the standard of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan without the express consent of the Empire of Oren or one of his officers

 

• In the event that one of the above points is broken, a tribunal will be convened consisting of members of both the offended party and the party to which the offender belongs

 

• The Grand Kingdom of Urguan shall partake in no conflicts waged by or against the Holy Orenian Empire until such a time as a Defensive or Military treaty is arranged

 

• The Holy Orenian Empire shall partake in no conflicts waged by or against the Grand Kingdom of Urguan until such a time as a Defensive or Military treaty is arranged

 

• The Grand Kingdom of Urguan shall pass no law or mandate specifically expelling members of the Holy Orenian Empire from the lands of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan

  • Exceptions will include those who have actively committed crimes in territories of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan

 

• The Holy Orenian Empire shall pass no law or mandate specifically expelling members of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan from the lands of the Holy Orenian Empire

  • Exceptions will include those who have actively committed crimes in territories of the Holy Orenian Empire

 

• The Holy Orenian Empire shall harbor no fugitives, criminals or rebels of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan in any of their territories. All those deemed an enemy of the Dwed state shall be apprehended and escorted back to the Grand Kingdom for due justice.

 

• The Grand Kingdom of Urguan shall harbor no fugitives, criminals or rebels of the Holy Orenian Empire in any of their territories. All those deemed an enemy of the Imperial state shall be apprehended and escorted back to the Holy Orenien Empire for due justice.
