Marriage in Vsenk

Addressed to the Imperial, Noble, Knightly, and Clerical Estates

Of the Holy Orenian Empire, dated 18th of the First Seed, 1573

 

 

You are hereby invited to the joining, by Sacrament of Marriage, of the Houses Volvakov and Ruthern. The Baron Fyodor, First Baron of Vsenk, and his betrothed Theodora Ruthern, Sister of the Count Maric of Metterden, will be brought in Holy Union in the Church of Blessed Vladislav and by the words of the Exarch Yaroslav I, Cardinal of the Canonist Church and Bishop of Vsenk. This will be a jovial affair and the first marriage to occur within the Church of Vladislav. Nobility are encouraged to bring their households and their bannermen!
 

Following the affair, there will be drink and merriment in the center of the village, with a grand feast laid out by the Baron and his strelts. Those nobles and their households in attendance shall find great food and fun to be had. A wrestling pit will be set up, for the nobles and their banners if they wish to test their luck against one another.

 

The event shall occur on the Saint’s Day of Monday the 23rd, about the standard time of Our Lord in the East, 3 (EST).
