What's your MAIN Minecraft Account name?: PepsiKnight (Before I get denied for not having this account anymore, the last application I did said that I had to change this to my previous account)

 

Do you agree to follow the rules on your new account?: Yes, I agree to the rules and will abide to them.

Do you understand you cannot be on both of these accounts at once? This will result in a ban if you are caught!: Yes, I understand, besides my old account was hacked, so I couldn't if I wanted to :p

Do you understand that if one account is banned, so will be the other(s)?: Yes, I understand.

How long have you been on LotC?: I'd say around 3-4 years of inactive on and offs.

How many accounts do you currently have whitelisted (including main)?: If this one is whitelisted, two, but the old one is called 'PepsiKnight' and was hacked, so if you could blacklist that account, I'd be much obliged! :)
