MangoArt 399 Share Posted October 25, 2016 Posters are hung around Reedborough The Celebration Of Freedom I, Merry Applebrook, have recently escaped from the clutches of death (Or more likely the orcs.) I was enslaved by the Uruks but using cunning and trickery I managed to slip away and return to our happy little village. In celebration of my return, I have decided to throw a large party with lots of food, drink, sports, and merriment. Hopefully I may get permission from the mayor to make this a Village Festival, as I have been unable to have any fun for the last year or so when I was in servitude of the brutish orcs! The celebration will occur The Grand Harvest After This One. See ya there! ((The first Saturday of November))

Larry Shortoak 297 Share Posted October 26, 2016 One of the Elders smiled quite widely as his gaze flicked to the noticeboard, a flier finally being pinned upon it. He shouted as loud as the small man could, what he said being heard all around the village and over parts of the sea."Merry! Se' up this damn festival, i's jus' wha' we need! Ye 'ave permission from me, an' tha's all tha' matters!" He took a deep breath upon finishing his outburst, chuckling soon followed as he hobbled back to his burrow, the man was happy as he thought about some of the old festivals he had attended. ~*~
