If a beetroot bandit approaches you with said beetroot, you eat it from his hand, tell him it tastes good. This should satisfy him seeing someone appreciates his work. 2). You draw blade, chopping those beets up for a nice side dish. This will leave him powerless and ruined seeing you destroyed his life farming work. 3). You tell them to rightly move along and sale their fine items somewhere else. Or you just shank them on the spot. This will effectively kill him and mean he will cause no more harm.
