Business Assets FROZEN!

The Imperial Administration has frozen the assets of each business that has missed their tax payment for the year of 1585. All assets are currently frozen and under the care of the administration, who shall maintain the goods until the month of The First Seed ((Friday, November 25)). If the business or proprietor fails to pay their debts in the allotted time, their assets will be seized and put into the use of the Imperial Administration without compensation. Should the business or proprietor choose to instead rescind their business rights in the City of Johannesburg, they may reclaim their assets but may not operate a legitimate business without settling their debt.

 

 

Mortgage Opportunities now Available

A mortgage system has been devised for the City of Johannesburg, allowing potential homeowners to pay off their initial residential price through established payments that function with the budget of the homeowner (these payments will not go below 50 minas a week). It is the hope of the Imperial Administration that these mortgage options shall allow the people of the City to invest into a permanent residence for their leisure and occupation.

 

 

Sweetman Avenue and Garden Street Open to all Citizens

The former noble district, consisting of everything north of the Leopoldine Gate, is now open to the public citizen for purchase. The manors of Sweetman Avenue and Garden Street are lavish and spacious, offering a higher quality of living for the wealthier citizens of the Empire.
